You as a Pro Male Dom can forget it, not being rude, but males have NO marketability, none at all.
A FemDomme is needed, one with some presence and not camera shy. You may assist as a slave
or assistant, but that is about it. unless you seek gay submissive who may pay.
I have started 2 Pro Dungeons and assisted with several more. The equipment, website, nice
photos, etc are all needed yes, costs? 1-2 thousand to start up. You need a suitable place,
a spare bedroom while cool to you is too small to impress paying clients. Tall ceilings for
hoists and chains, at least 1200 sq ft is needed. May seem like too much, but it fills up fast.
And you need some separate places to conduct business.
The first few months are lean as your website gets listed where it matters and where you can
afford, a yahoo listing is not free, nor is a high Google ranking !
When the first clients come, it's the regular group who visits all the dungeons once or twice
if it's good, but it will takes a few weeks to months for them to find you. They are nice guys,
but their interest in always the new dungeons and Dommes. You will see them once.
You may pick up a regular or two, it will take a while to find good regulars.
Soon, like 80% you will take the ones wanting brown showers and SCAT, your toys will wear out
and get nasty, do you clean them each time, or buy new each time ?? money money
Even touching another's nipples is considered prostitution in many states, watch for sting operations, yes
they do happen, I have had 2 investigations. Are you ready for that ? They show up
with many government officials, zoning laws, children services, sheriff, etc.....
I've only seen a couple dungeons that lasted and maintained a clean environment. Most of these Dommes
are just seeking easy money, "yea, i could beat a guy for a $100" their equipment and broken down
trailer dungeons are pretty gross, you will share the germs the traveling slaves bring with them from those
fine establishments.
In the end, you'll just be disgusted with it all like most are. Good luck, you'll need it.

As for me, I'm done with it, never again. After seeing the same guys with new lies and nastier wants in
each dungeon, the ever escalating desire for SCAT and piss play, which TOTALLY disgusts me.
Read up about Mistress Ann in Indy, easy to search for, big news for a long time, you'll see the public
fight you may have to contend with. BTW, I was in NO way associated with her.
Probably the second worst is the weird assortment of cocks you'll see, some have so many warts and
scars you'll wonder how it stays on his body.... tiny little cocks that can't even protrude beyond the pubic hair,
even when erect ! Guys who cum after 3 whacks, ones who are bit on the weird side, some just plain scary
and now you fear because they know you and your address, eck is right, these guys show up at 3am, drunk
with a 20 dollar bill wanting a quickie. I never did that, my locations were secret, the slave met at a public
parking lot, were blindfolded and driven to our dungeon, they never knew where it was exactly. None the less,
several were smart enough to hunt us down and appear at the door at strange hours. pretty freaking scary ...

We are looking into forming a committe to look into a study to discuss the possibilities of making recommendations to the chair so that it may be considered as an option sometime in the near future, at least we're thinking about it.
