I dont smoke. I don't drink. And on the Yoga thing, thankyou for advice but I used to do yoga a long time ago so I do know a thing or two about it. As for water, I drink enough. As for taking a banana I already eat those or other fruit and take a multi vitamin. Multi vitamins have never done too much for my energy and eating bananas have never really helped my muscles from not burning but ty anyways. As for an MP3 player I don't have one. As for a personal trainer I cannot afford one. With the Tai Chi, I don't think I will ever try it again, I found it to be really dull and really boring. Thankyou all for your advice and opinions though, I do appreciate it and have learned some things.
