order your dinner for you when you go out. They don't pick out what you eat, you tell them what you want and they order it for you? My Owner does. It's kind of nice.

Nope I tell them myself what I want Usually cause I don't know myself till the waiter is there, cause by then I've pursued the whole menue. or how ever lonng it takes to decide. Sometimes I go in full well knowing what I want, andstill I tell the waiter.

Actually it is me that does the ordering. Why should Master have to worry about what he wants when he has me there to do it for him?

~FR~ I think it is very gentlemanly-like for a man to order for his lady while dining out. Personally, I have my boy order for me. I tell him what I want and he orders the specifics. IE: How I want it cooked, what kind of salad dressing, drinks ect.

Some have. Some haven't. One used to intentionally order things I hated and got the biggest laugh out of it.

He does not do this as a dominant thing but as an old fashioned male to female courtesy thing, just as he opens the car door for me, rises when I approach the table etc.I call it being well-mannered.He asks what I would like for dinner and I ask him so that we don't double order, for us it is more fun to swap nibbles and tastes from each others plates then he places the order.

yes : ) last time we were out ( lunch in this case ) I hadn't made up my mind what I wanted yet when the waiter came to take order> and so Tyson ordered his and then I had to make a choice and so ordered my own at the last moment. I actually missed him not being able to order for us both at same time. I agree with Camille > it's more about manners and the SouthernGentlemanly thing and not a hard and fast rule or protocol for Us.

nope. my domme tends to be so absent minded that i have to order for her just because she forgets what she wanted five minutes ago, and my dom and i haven't been together that long. though i'm noticing we have the same taste in food so maybe at some point in the future if it works out. he makes really insistent suggestions sometimes though that i find myself taking even if he's not around.

However, depending on where we are and what I want, all the "no this" and "hold that" specifications can get pretty confusing and sometimes He'll allow me to just state all that. It's hard enough for them to ever get an order totally correct let alone having to hear all the little details through a third party. [;)] Yeah, I couldn't be so cruel as to enforce eating something which is clearly not to her liking; plus, if you know she really doesn't appreciate fish, then don't order fish for her - fairly simple. I like to put the shoe on other foot and have her order for me from time to time - it keeps her on her toes, and makes sure she keeps in mind that it's her job to know what I like - in all aspects of our relationship. For example, she should know by now that I don't like food well done - rare steak is my cup of tea - if she doesn't, then she's not taking notice, and that's going to lead to the sort of attention that she really doesn't want.

I usually tell my slave what I wish to have and let him do the ordering. I will usually guide and direct what I would wish him to eat. I have so many food allergies that I can't take a chance of someone ordering for me without my input.

Sometimes I will order my self, sometimes I prefer my Sir to order for me. We discuss and he orders. If I am overwhelmed with choices, its nice for someone to decide for me. Usually I will tell what things I like, so someone having the final decision when faced with indesicion is nice.
