Has anyone email the experts so they know their opinions are desired?  That might help.

For me, polyamory = multiple simultaneous intimate personal relationships

In Samba's case I would say she is poly because she is have more than one intimate personal relationship at the same time.

If she really wants to split hairs and be precise, she could call herself "in a poly relationship but sexually monogamous to one partner" however that's somewhat redundant since monogamous already means having sex with only one person.

Yet it was pointed out that neither monogamy or polyamory specifically pertains to sexual relations. Though it was brought up that poly relationships can have a broad spectrum of poly relationships where sex may or may not be a factor.

For me the fact that she is in two relationships simultaneously automatically defaults it to poly.  It doesn't matter who in the relationships are monogamous with whom in the relationships.  More than one relationship makes it poly.
