Status: offline 		Tell me why I should not buy a bag of my favorite Valentine treats:  Conversation Hearts
I want to lose weight.  I'm walking around with sugar free mints in my purse, so I won't buy chocoate or other candy.  Yet the pretty, colorful cubes of sugar known as Conversation Hearts tempt me.

Status: offline 		I need aversion therapy.  Or substitution therapy.  Like wearing a rubber band on my wrist and pulling it every time I have a shameful thought of sugary goodness.

You can color them in instead of eating them.

Status: offline 		How about a little game. If you want a sugary heart, you can have it, so long as you've done enough exercise beforehand to burn up all the calories you're allowing yourself to eat. That might mean a brisk walk to the candy store?

Status: offline 		Buy them eat them!  Earwigs are full of good protein!  And I suspect they are actually low in calories, too.  Conversation hearts, I mean.  Earwigs, too, I bet...those carapaces are all roughage.
