I don't know that the word "attractive" is what we're looking for, here. Gagging, and training the gag reflex, are about control, and power. Which I think much of BDSM is about. As to vomit, I thankfully have a lot of outdoors....

This is very interesting. I've never thought of it as something to add feelings like that. My wife doesn't like it because (she assumes) I don't like it when she does that -- the interruption factor -- not to mention the feelings she might puke or pass out, so I have never tried to take it much into that realm. I will talk to her, or maybe just more casually ease into it, see if maybe she feels some of those feelings.
