I have that problem too. Well sex is very important in my life. I speak freely about it.
LOl at work..when a remark is made that has sexual content...the groups eyes are always pointed at me, because they expect me to reply first.

BEsides that... I am decen to every one. We have parts of the factory where just females work. When you are nice to them, you get lots of remarks. And of ocurse you tease back, without wanting soemthing...just for fun. OThers seem to think then..that you want to do them all, while I am just having fun.

I totally disagree, that statement puts all the generalizatins that BDSM is all about sex, right back in front again--I am a sensual, sexual being all the time, I don't try, its Me, and that does not mean thet I walk around in skimpy clothes, or horny all the time--far from it--I am thrilled to be a woman and as such exude that sensuality--it isnt any different if Im writing a marketing plan or beating a boy--the essence of sexuality is ever present.

to me everything comes back to sex. EVERYTHING. but then i'm just obessessed. *looks at her book case where if the book isn't erotica it's paranormal romance and if it's not paranormal romance it's theoritical/historical works on sex/sexuality.

to stay on thread, no i don't agree. i think that there may be more aspects in this lifestyle that make sexuality more obvious which in and of itself is debatable but i don't think there is anything about this lifestyle that is inherently more sexual.

i have tried to answer your question but the reason why i can't is because i find it difficult to make distinctions between vanilla and bdsm....i know what the difference is for me but cannot make a generalised difference for others except to suggest that the b/d part reles more upon a power dynamic (restraint?) than necessarily upon a sexual one and that the s/m part relies more upon co-opting pain into the dynamic. Sexual sadism is, as i hope i understand it, quite the pathological opposite to onsensual sado-masochism.
i get 'sexed' just thinking about Our dynamic, i get 'sexed' whilst doing Our sado-masochistic thing and i get sexed as a sort of empathy when it occurs to me He is thinking about our dynamic. It is rare for me to participate in any bdsm activity and not get sexed but that is a statement about my sexuality....
i've done vanilla sex (well at least i think that that was what that heterosexual-Friday-night wham-bam-not-even-a-thank-you-ma'am-crap was all about: you know the sex where i felt duty bound because of the kid project, or the house project, or trying to please my mother project.......
So i would say that for me bdsm has heightened my experience of sex..............yes i would most definitely have to say that .....
ed to say: i run out of words when trying to describe how intense my sexuality is right now because .................

For us BDSM is the PLAY aspect so sure there can be sexual overtones to it or there can nto be depending on Masters desires. We live the M/s aspects and trust me when he farts theres no sexuality to it nor is there when I am washing clothes or cleaning...
