...but the aftershock is killing me..i can't sit down or poop...I'm afraid I'll start crying or something...lol...

not that he's too big or was rough or anything..its just so very tender.

.....and i wondered if there's anything to do for it....???
like an ointment or something?

sounds like you didn't use enough lube. next time use LOTS and LOTS! i've experienced a little discomfort after but not to the degree that you describe. wish i could offer some advice for what to do for now but i'm afraid that i just don't. sorry.

Don't feel bad Hon, there are lots of women out there that are a pain in my ass!

Draw yourself a nice hot bubble bath. Soak and relax with most of the pressure on your lower back.

You'll be fine, but next time you go shopping buy yourself a butt plug, if you enjoyed it?

Just my .02

Hello There,
Unfortunately there's not much you can do immediately, but over time it will feel less severe. I just lost my anal virginity in the past 6 months too. I have serious cramps right before my bowels move for two days after being penetrated in my butt too. I talked to my family Dr. Who mind you was 1000 shades of red, and he said eventually your body will adjust to these kind of attentions and the gastro distress will lessen until it's not a big deal after a few months. I've not reached the point I'm not uncomfortable for a few days after yet, but it isn't as severe as it used to be. I'm OK having the discomfort as long as I know it's not hurting my body or affecting my overall health. My advice is just grin and bear it hon. It will get better as you go along.
Sincerely,
sub suzanne

Hello Fastlane,
Man what an answer! Goodness sakes what a non-funny attempt at being funny.
Sincerely,
sub suzanne

Hi Again,
Sorry for three posts all at once. I thought about two products that may help the surface discomfort you are feeling.
1- Anal Ease ( Not during anal sex, but after) it numbs the area
2-Nupercanal - it's a spray that helps numb the area

1- get from adult supply stores
2- May be spelled wrong, but you can get it at your local drug store. It's often used for cuts on your coochie like ephesiotomies after having a baby.
Sincerely,
sub suzanne

You're getting a lot of good direct advice so I'll limit myself to recommending a book "The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women." Tristan may be a little immodest about her title but the book itself is excellent.

She also has accompanying video tapes and DVDs

It can be several things that cause that pain, it can be that the ereas is dry, mitte tears can have been made, or most likely, the mussels have been doing somthing they are not used to doing.

Ever done some new physical activity, or carried a big clubersome box for some distance, usualy the mussels in your body feels sore afterwards, and the same whit your butt. If it gets to bad take a headache pill and go to lie down and relax a bit, a warm bath is a good idea, to relax.

EmeraldSlave2 -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 2:24:14 PM)

That's pretty much exactly how it is for me everytime I have anal sex, which is why even though I love it and have done it a lot, I make sure to plan for it so I don't have to do much or have much sex for a few days afterwards.

I'm sure if I got used to it ALL the time it would be ok, but I think it's just your body naturally reacting to a lot of new sensations and tissue work. Keep it as clean as you can and don't stress and take OTC drugs. If it doesn't heal after a few days, check out the doctor.

sultryvoice -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 3:01:21 PM)

Look for a silicone-based lubricant..They slide easier, don't disispate as quickly as water-based lubricants..I can't remember the names at this time but you will find some on many websites or in adult stores. They are safe with condoms too..

I totally enjoy anal sex and at the beginning, quite a few years back, I had the same problems..Now I am used to it and have not had any problems...Just give yourself time..and above all...when you are beginning, relax, relax, relax..

Respectfully,
sultry

But may break down some toys. Be sure to check before mixing.

any medical store and most drug stores carry them Hon.

Suzanne, that was too funny! Atleast Fastlane laughed.

Damn, I hate it when I'm the only one in the room laughing.

I've got to admit I did have a chuckle but saw it as humour only....:-)

For the sake of discussion, a question for the ladies...

Why anal sex? I mean, how does it give you pleasure? Males have a prostate gland inside him,
that can be stimulated to an orgasm. Females don't have a prostate. Why would a woman want
to go there? Unless maybe it's your boyfriend that wants to go there, and you're just being a
good sub..?

How does it make you feel?

dominmd -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 6:55:34 PM)

Good one.

Start with a thin plug. A lot of lube that is water based. Warm baths afterwards. Then gradually go to the bigger plugs.

I can tell you that I have had a vibrating inflatable used on me before. The first time I bled a bit from tearing. But a few days later, no problem. Just needed more lube.

When putting it in, keep steady pressure. Go real slow not fast. You have to allow the muscles to relax and accept the wrong way invader that vibrates..er invader. If it is painful stop, but keep it where it is. In a minute or so continue, but slowly. Once it is in, wear panties to hold it in place. And do be careful when you sit down. Don't plop down, it will hurt like hell (voice of experience).

LadyHibiscus -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 7:01:57 PM)

Everyone's already given you good advice, so I won't add to the mix except to say that if you have any UNUSUAL bleeding or cramping, see your medical professional! As Tristan will tell you, there are many small blood vessels inside the lining of the rectum, and it's easy to tear them. Don't wait for it to "go away" on its own.

Steve, as a woman, I can tell you that the anal area does have many many nerve endings that respond to stimulation favorably. Anal sex as such doesn't do as much for me as other kinds of anal stimulation at the same time as vaginal sex, but that's just me.

I sort of missed the bus on the sex being dirty thing, but I can see where being penetrated in a "private" area can be very erotically exciting, which of course enhances the experience! Add to that the pleasure of pleasing one's partner, and.......... :)

DrkAngl -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 7:50:36 PM)

I think I've even seen the donuts, ones that you sit on, at Walmart.

caitlyn -> RE: anal sex aftershock (8/29/2005 8:02:15 PM)

Try and enema right before. It's the only way I can even do it, and its usually not so bad afterwards.

There are still quite a lot of nerves there, and the same nerves that touch on the vagina are pretty much still right there. It's a very different sense of being full. For me frankly no matter how great I'm feeling a cock in me, after awhile it's just a nice pressure. With anal every stroke feels full on and intense for me.

It feels awesome, I'd ask why wouldn't someone want to feel it? I think a great percentage of people who don't like it either haven't really tried it or haven't had it done well.
