Maybe it's in how it's rubbed like you said. I know that one of our pets recently squirted for the first time through stimulation of her Gspot. The reason she had never done it before though was partly because she wasn't allowing herself to just let go and give in to what she was feeling, and partly because she liked a bit rougher "pressing" of her gspot and haden't had it done that way before.
