I have this odd idea in my head that none of it is easy to weave But I dont know, Mike Rowe did it, I should be able too as well.

Its easier than any type of gold plait.. that stuff is a bitch... but it doesnt look as good as scale (my next project)

Yeah, and if its plated then you run the risk of actually breaking the plait off. the best stuff to use to learn is galvanized aluminum... its what I use when I want to learn a new pattern because its cheap and mallable
