Like what you said, a little about the person who is sending the message. Nothing too pushy or immediantly demanding that i obey them ASAP. But you've also got remember that we tend to get over whelmed by soo many messages/emails that we can't sit on the computer 24/7 responding to each and every email. When i get a chance, i will read through some emails and look at their profile before responding. If your rude to me in an email i will be rude right back, what comes around goes around. Plus, some people, though i do not want to speak for everyone on here, but some do have mail controls that will put certain messages/emails in the bulk folder so they sometimes or rarely get looked at. Just be patient and you'll get messages/emails back to you.

Your standard email does not address the other person at all. It's a cut and paste job. Write something that reflects the fact you've read her profile, and posts if any.

To be honest, I'm much more likely to answer a person who writes me about a forum post because that way at least I know he read it.

But the 18 and knowing everything is a turn off. Don't pretend to be someone you aren't. You've had limited sexual experience and no BDSM experience, be honest and look for someone in the same boat to explore with at a pace that suits both of you. You seem to be trying so hard to be the dom that you forget about the sub being a person with the same needs you have.

I don't think it would hurt to expand a bit more on what you're looking for and what you're offering.

The profile is nice enough, but I really think that your biggest obstacle is your age.
