thank goodness.

i have friends who have worked for monsanto and the company was very good to them, but their business practices on the whole are horrific, and i am glad that common sense is resisting big money.

yes, why do they care how it is labels- so long as it isnt a lie. ild rahter have too much info then none.

Monsanto is as evil as any corporation gets, and that's saying something. I am happy to see them have a loss on any front.

What can you say about a company that encourages reliance on them for seed?

How do you think any individual farmer, unless they band together, can be self reliant?

I'm sure the ancients saved their own seed from year to year. Why aren't farmers doing the same?

Today's farmers can't save the seed from their current crops because the seeds they planted to get that particular crop are sterile.
