I'm guessing the only reason for this is to fire up the economy.  They want us to take that $800 and spend it immediately.  Am I wrong?

Thats the thinking.  the trainwreck is much bigger then this tho. -also i suspect- it is a ruse to make permanent the "tax cuts" for the filthy rich.

(Just for the record...everyone got tax cuts...and the plan is to make "everyone's" tax cuts permanent.  On a similar note...the "filthy rich" {you can Google this if you like} all bitched for 18 months and said they didn't want the tax cut and would prefer that the money be kept in the federal treasury).

I have always wanted a concubine.  I just hope that $800 will cover it.

Wellll, $800.00 would kickstart this blueberry concubine's ass out for a visit. [:D][;)]

EvilGenie -> RE: Tax rebate (1/20/2008 8:21:12 PM)

I require rest though. Do concubines get rest periods, cooked for, coffee made for them and the ability to slog into a kitchen looking like pure shit??
