I agree with this scenario, very similar to MsN and me.
The D/s dynamic is running 24/7 when we are together,
actually even from my side when we are apart.
Even when the Domina is at work or asleep, even when
we sleep. She says which side we sleep on, somtimes
when to go to bed and if I am allowed to stay up later,
I need to be very quiet and careful sliping into bed on
a work night.

you mean you're allowed to stay up late? Lucky you! i have to go to bed when Master does on my nights with Him! And i'm much more of a night owl ...

Now some of you may be confused that I am writing as a sub with a Domme name ... here's where I throw a spanner in the works! I live both as a sub and as a Domme 24/7 ... i am always sub to Master and Dominant to My sub hubby (yes, W/we are a triad). Some local folks decided that switch didn't really suit me so have coined the term "duality" and I think it fits pretty well. None of U/us are heavily into micromanagement, there are set rules and expectations which are followed, which makes it all manageable, although there is a little micro stuff happening just to keep the focus. I would agree with those who've said their D/s truly is 24/7 ... in all the little ways as well as the obvious ones. Yes, Master has the side of the bed He prefers ... I sleep on the opposite side when I'm with hubby! When I'm out at work, or with friends, and I am invited to an event, I never say yes immediately. I always say "let me check that date/time and I'll get back to you" ... which allows me to ask Master's permission to go. Whether it's the small curtsey as i serve His food, or hubby going to fetch drinks for all of U/us ... the D/s is ongoing. It's a continual attitude of mind and in that way, it's doable 24/7. When W/we actually get round to some bdsm play (W/we have a play night at least once a week) ... well then it's exciting too!

That's how it works for U/us ... I fully realise that other people will have other ways of making it work for them and that's fine!

i am usually up past midnight and i get up about about 7 to 7:30 am daily......

The things that you are doing at night...because he said so in dom mode once.... that's Ds. I think that Ds is always...at least for Master and I.. available, and present. It's not always play, maybe it's when I am running his errands, fetching his food, drink, what have you. Maybe it's when I am reading, sitting next to him on the couch all curled up beside him, or sitting at his feet in the floor. All of these things are Ds to us, at least, because that's just the way it is. For us, this is the more nilla side of our Ds. Play is different from every day outside life. When it play, or private time, the Ds may be much much more pronounced.

You are correct nella - she is beautiful.

Personally, I prefere to see such beautiful, rare and endangered species behaving in a natural manner and in their own environment - however dangerous their own environment may be - not as an amusement toy to pose with.

And if I am told - well, the animal belongs to some park - it is still wrong and unnatural. I do hope your 'friends' have the appropriate licenses.
