A Knight's Tale was one of my favorites too, and I loved The Patriot. He was so handsome and talented, another true tragedy. All this news of Britney...never saw this one coming.

Sorry to his parents, his ex-wife and child, and poor Terry Gilliam who seems to be cursed. I thought he was one of few young stars who could actually act [Brokeback, Casanova] or do a credible accent. Mommas, don't let your babies grow up to be actors, and don't name 'em Heathcliff.

Damn, what is happening with the stars. I loved his movies too. They need to get on chat lines and talk it out with other people. Not go out and party or take to pills. I would go nuts without a place to vent. Wonder where his group of people went wrong in spotting the trouble. His family, friends, agent etc.

I don't know why people are automatically assuming that he killed himself. People OD on drugs every day by mistake. I wasn't a big fan, but it's horrible anytime a person dies young. It's especially horrible when they die young doing something stupid.

NEW YORK - Heath Ledger was found dead Tuesday in a Manhattan apartment in what police sources are calling an apparent suicide or accidental overdose. He was 28. According to the New York Times, Ledger was found naked and unconscious with pills strewn all around him. Police sources told the Times that the death appeared to be a suicide or an accidental overdose. The news reports I am hearing say suicide, so I am guessing there might have been a note. But why hasn't anyone mentioned he was in Maty Kate Olsen's apartment??? I'm sure the script writers at Law and Order are tapping out a treatment as we speak,,,, Oppps.... forgot, they themselves are in the middle of hari kari... nevermind

A few youtube clips of him looking "twitchy" ... everyone isn't Britney, he could definitely had some issues that he didn't splash all over for the world to see. He just broke up with the mother of his child, he had a hate/hate relationship with the press. It's a terrible thing that he died. I had no idea he had drug issues. Then again I don't keep up with the personal lives of celebraties... Am still looking forward to Dark Knight. He will be missed that's for sure.

Oh man this sucks. I am shocked. I loved his performance in A Knight's Tale, and his different portrayal of Casanova. He will be missed.
