Hello,

a Mistress who is friend with mine was wondering if there excists some kind of toy that can be used when a men is tied, that masturbates him ( some kind of penis pump i ghuess ), buth that also keeps his penis hard after cumming.

Yes, but unfortunately simple male physiology might defeat this idea before it starts. For the majoirty of men, the same nerves that provide the "Ooooh!" response before orgasm turn into nerves that say "Ouch!'" after orgasm, all other conditions being equal. He'd probably really enjoy whatever instrument of joy/torture that was being applied until he came, and after that start screaming "get this frikken thing off me!". Go google the term "refratory period" for the clinical description.

If you leave the ET 312 connected and the subject is unable to remove the electrodes it will continue to stimulate through the refractory period until the subject has another orgasm. I don't know how many orgasms you could force in a given period but it would depend a lot on the subject.

all of this can be done using a multi channel sterio. After all, any of the e-stim products out there simply use an audio signal to transfer power.

Estim should work nicely for what you seek. The erostek 301 or 302 are nice small portable devices and are wireless remote controlled. They also have a training mode so it can be used like a dog collar.
Attachments can also be made easily from the copper plumbing section at any hardware store. The pads tens units come with , are kind of useless in my opinion. I have made a few cages/tube types. The e-stim devices don't have to be painful. They can be set to many different levels such as a gentle buzz to extremely painful. The first time I experienced them it was just a very gentle persistent buzz which over a period of time, perhaps 45 minutes, caused a HFO,(hands free orgasm) The inevitability of it while one is restrained is a big part of the attraction.
