[Damn - I typed this whole thing in and clicked on OK, and a power glitch made my computer restart.] When I was 20 or so, my roommate and I went to church one Sunday. This was a large church in Boston, and it was filling with a lot of people. A small group of people sat in the pew in front of us, and my roomie jabbed me with her elbow and whispered loudly, "That's Ginger Rogers!" I whispered back just as loudly, "No! That can't be Ginger Rogers!" The argument went back and forth for a few moments. The woman turned around and whispered, "Yes it is Ginger Rogers." Yes, it was Ginger Rogers. I just wanted to slide under the pew. >>Edited several times to correct stupid typos<<

ok, all this reminds me of a friend of mine in albuquerque. he starts all his stories with "no shit, there i was..." and that's how you Knew they were true. so in honor of him... no shit, there i was...to be continued because i can't actually think of any of my myriads of silly stunts at the moment. angy
