Obama 6
Clinton 1
Edwards 1
None of the above 1

This clashes with what the national polls are saying.....

Thanks Level. A run away for Obama then, so far anyway?

I like him in terms of his charisma - but I just dont think he's ready, and thats purely a feeling I get from what I've seen of him.

Hilary I prefer, but again I have reservations about her that I cant quite put my finger on.

Edwards I havent seen enough of - but thats one of his complaints I think!?

Yes, Edwards feels a bit slighted, I think. He did in the last debate, anyway....

I think this points to how much influence the media has; they're pumping up the Obama/Clinton story, and the populace assumes that Edwards doesn't have a chance, or isn't "worthy" perhaps. Much the same thing happened to Ron Paul on the other side.

Would you like to see  him in the White House, lauren?

The tally so far:

Obama 9
Clinton 4
Edwards 2
None 2

I causcused for him. I haven't educated myself well enough to be able hold my own in a serious debate, but yes I would.

i believe that Obama has some good ideas (i need to research more into them) but i believe his inexperience is both an inhibitor and at the same time assists him. He is young enough not to be in the sly, hidden, bribe side of politics but he is naive at the same time. i like him for his honesty instead of letting things be let out and used against him.
i'm on the fence for Hilary, i think she has the upper hand in the end but i think recently she has been more humanized because for as many people say they don't like her she does well.
And i know Edwards big state was Iowa but he lost it to Obama, i think he has trouble attracting attention to himself where it counts.

In CM land i voted Obama.

I voted for none of the above.

I DO think this country is *ready* for an African American President, but I don't think Obama has the skill or experience to actually do the job.  Most of what I've read (and I will admit, it wasn't very much) in regards to his "plans" and strategies, rides on the backs of other politicians...almost like a quilt of ideas that he pieced together. To some that may seem like a good thing, to me it seems to lack the ability to figure out his own way.

Hillary is a friggin' NIGHTMARE.

Edwards, I think I could "handle" his winning, but with the media exposure on Obama/Clinton, I think he, like Ron Paul, is getting swept under the carpet.

I know the title of the thread is "Democratic Primary" but...just for the record, on election day I'll be writing in Ron Paul's name. Our votes don't count anyway so, I know it won't make a difference one way or the other, but I refuse to be a part of the herd mentality that you only have "2" choices.

*edited for typo*

We have a Republican poll, too.
