As a Mistress what would it take for you to consider a live in situation with a Slave/Playmate?

I am due to aquire a two or three bedroom place soon and would like some oppinions and ideas please.

I could live with my sub after we discussed all the financial matters and set up a house bank account which we both would contribute to so that the bills got paid on time (I would handle them) I would have specific duties set up for him such as cleaning chores, yard work and the like. I would love to have my own dungeon setup so that we could play whenever we wanted too and sound proofed so that my teen couldn't hear what was going on.

Before making sure that spacewise anyone added to the household has some private space, usually their own bedroom, I have to make sure we are on the same page about what ownership means, what service means, and am otherwise compatible all around.

I can't imagine doing that sooner than six months for a trial live-in of a couple of months and at least another year beyond that before the move would be year round.

I personally would not move into a slave's house. They move into mine/ours. For me it's part of maintaining the authority dynamic.

Now after 8 years together the next house my slave will also put money into the down payment and be listed on the mortgage but I figure that Fox has earned that with his proven loyalty and commitment to me and to the entire family. We'll see a lawyer about mundane matters and probably reaffirm and revise our contract as well to help limit any effects this might have on the Ds side of things.
