The arbors of antelope have a move in special and they have a 3 bedroom ready for move in immidiatly Daddy's coming down tomorow, and Friday He's gonna tour the place. It's 3 bedrooms and has a yard and washer and dryer hook ups, The yard you're free to landscape anyway you want. The 3 bedroom unit has a huge storage shed right on the driveway. the flooring is all hardwood, I chose all hardwood because my dog is very old and tends to have accidents.

The place has a movie room with a huge projection screen a business center, a huge pool with a seperate spa, and then seperate to the area is a wash off area. Our dogs present no problems with this location. They even have a space for a dog run.

Yes, I'd be devistated if it doesn't work out , But I also know there's something else. It's just I abhore the idea of apartments and to find a home we could live in for almost the same price as a 2 bedroom apartment, oh I'd love it.

Hon a house is a LOT of work so I hope youre prepared for it. It is wonderful yes, having the freedom but along with that comes enormous gigantic responsibility. Yard work is only fun if it isnt your yard heh. Seriously tho I do hope it works out for you.Dont be devastated if it doesnt go through, like buying a house... there is always another 'perfect' one out there if you look, especially in todays market. So many homes are not selling that owners are turning to renters so do some research on it okies?

Rent? You don't want to rent a house, this is a great time to be buying with all the property for sale!

Poppy we can;t afford to buy anything it's gonna take most our money for a while to rent. We were originally looking at apartment complexes and or mobil home parks before I found this place.

Camille yes keeping a house is a big deal. We're ready. Daddy will do things like mowing the lawn, and I'll do the careing of the plants. We already have a bunch of plants from the time I bought him a bunch for his trailer yard lol.
There's also other town house communities if these don't work out.

Absolutely. IF you can get a loan.

I have a killer credit score, own my house, own most of a rental. I tried to pull 1/3 of the equity out of my house to pay off the other mortgage, which could also have been used as security. That would have been 1/5 of the total equity.

I can't get a loan. Why? Investors aren't buying loans. And I used one of the most aggressive mortgage brokers in Atlanta. Granted, my debt/income ratio is a bit skewed (it's mortgage debt), but investors just are having a super-hard time finding money. All this is really another (political) topic, anyway.

Money's tight right now.

We don't qualify for the place, but we're going to look at privatly renting homes, or some other options. and we'll have time to be smart about it too:)

I wish you and your Master all the luck and joy in this world. If it doesn't work out, which I'm sure it will, but if it doesn't, don't fret, there is something out there just for the two of you.

Hugs,

I don't know anything about renting properties, what sort of approval do you have to pass?  Is it a credit check or criminal background check?

katie, for this place the rule was you had to make 3 times the amount of income as rent. And we only make 2100 between the two of us and rent was 1125 plus utilities like gas and water. We were a thoughsand dollars to short to meet the rule. If you were short a little bit if you had a credit score well over 700 the management  MIGHT let you squeak by, however, my credit score is in the 600-630's.

For any other place I do believe you have to pass a background check and probably a credit score check,  I've never rented any place before, this is new to me, so I'm not entirely sure what most places want. Just this place we applied for:)

Purrring at MOGA And her pup, thank you for the kind words. I was quite expecting not to qualify but I was being optimistic, so on a scale of 1- 10 I was only about a 3 on the disapointment scale.

There's other options yup of course, and when he's down here and settled we'll start to  look at them and I know there's something out there we can love at a price we can love too:)
