I don't like John "Perpetual war" McCain.
You just know that if he gets in that he'll start shit with Iran and we'll be in a huge war.
And Syria and a few other countries too!
Bush is a lightweight compared to War Lord McCain.
And he has an uncontrollable temper. Not someone you'd want around any "buttons."
Hopefully the "straightjacket express" will get derailed on "Super Tuesday."

I don't have a whole lot of enthusiasm for him either Popeye.  All his amnesty talk about the border just lowered my opinion of him.  I don't think Romney, Huckabee, or Paul is going to win.  I would love it if Paul defied and won.  But I am no fool; it's not going to happen.  I don't think people will vote for a Mormon or a Baptist preacher either.  So that leaves McCain.  I don't care for him, but I absolutely despise Hillary Clinton.  If it means having McCain in office to make her go away, than I will vote for McCain in the general election.  That woman will turn every press conference into the Oprah Winfrey show if she gets elected.  She is just bad news all around.

Have you heard Lewis Black's Back on Broadway stand up routine? It is hilarious. He says the way to combat terrorism is to show them how crazy we are by electing a dead president. He thinks we should bring back Ronald Reagan.

yeppers.. I DVR'ed it.. Red White and Screwed...

and to show them how commited we are.. we will get Rehnquist back up there too!

Now that was funny...

I`m not a survivor fan  [8|]   but the primaries are very much like the TV show, only there are no rules or the  guy w/ the stupid hat who makes people eat bugs.

One buy one, they`re voted out, till there`s only one.

The sniping, backstabing, bickering and mouthing off,....so entertaining...

Hopefully we'll get a choice other than "dumb or dumber."
Perhaps a third party candidate will emerge.
If it's between McCain and Hillary the country will be hungry for a better choice!
Lou Dobbs? Colin Powell?
Hmm, that sounds like a good topic to start a thread about.
"Who would you like to see as a third party candidate?"
Lots of people are angry at McCain for that "amnesty" crap.
If he gets the nomination this would be a once in a lifetime chance for us to take out our REVENGE on him!

My heart goes out to the American people. They don't only have to sit through all this knowing it's going on in their country, but they've got to vote for someone at the end of all of this.

~FR~  I think I will just have to keep reminding everybody from now until the first Tuesday in November that you don't have to choose between the lesser of two evils.

You think that "Bozo" would be taken in the sense it was meant? [8D]

You betcha!
I think if there are that many people who can't get on board with Ron Paul, but don't want to choose the lesser of two evils (no such thing in My book!), then Bozo (or Mickey Mouse) would send a most excellent message!  [;)]

I can't stand McCain's smirk....makes me want to get a washrag and scrub it right off his face...

I know what you mean.... I like him generally, though. Now Romney..... he smirks and has the most amazingly slimy look he can come up with at times....

Romney's hair so slick, you could skate on his head.
