flowers, eating in a restaurant, sms her goodmorning, once in a while a card or letter, regular card from hallmark website, daily email, bring a gift when I visit, hugging her,just holding her.

I'm mostly very vanilla in the way I romance my submissive fiancée, which can be anything from endearing pet names, daily email and silly gifts. Then again, I have some very non-vanilla ways of melting her as well, but I don't know if I would call that romance, exactly.

I quit being romantic to women. There were a couple of times near romantic holidays (this can be verified by my co workers) that there have been panties and flowers hung by my time card. I got a laugh out of it but a lot of ribbing also.

I don't believe that being romantic is at all related to my Dominance (which is not to say that I'm not romantic). No more so than asking if I'm a walking Dominant, or a sighted Dominant, or.... you get the point. I'm a human being with an immeasurable number of qualities and characteristics, amongst which I am Dominant. Consequently, I muddy up rather simple questions such as those posed by the OP. John

John I would say the question it self is....muddy. It goes back to the point that somehow wiitwd, makes us, "special". Like most people, who are not sociopaths or psychopaths, I am capable of a wide range of feelings. Almost none of those have anything to do with my dominance Jeff

I find romantic doms to be a turn off. I like evil motherfuckers much more. That type of personality and domination meshes better with my personality.

John Agree..I know what you say...but I see myself just as me...trying to make my girl happy with romance..and beeing her Dom. But yes,,outside BDSM..I still want to make her happy. (I don't see the "normal" life and my "bdsm" part as seperated )

Justme of course you have to seperate the vanilla from the other. Beat a person in vanilla and they call the cops. Do it in the other lifestyle and they beg for more.
