I will tell you what it is like. With 4 herniated disks, among T C and L, a bad shoulder and bi-carpal tunnel. It can be an effort to navigate a store. People stand in the way- so veer right- or left- triggar pain. Or stop the cart- triggar pain. Lous speaker blaring in store- tirggar pain. Cant read the label- in fine print and in several languages. The items with no price- and the sign says it is on sale but isnt. The to reach- triggars pain. To stoop triggars pain. To reach for the club card triggars pain. Get dirty looks for taking handicap space- triggars uneasiness. Person writing down license plate cause they are too dumb to know the disabled plate is better then the blue placard- triggars mad. Then squeezing in the tiny check out counter- triggars pain. The person in back brushes cart up on me- JUMPS OUT OF MY SKIN PAIN! I hope that answeres your question.
