Personal experience:  i don't know if it's the g spot as much as it's the o-m-G! spot.

Lovearts -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:20:26 AM)

well, i think you misunderstood what the doctors were trying to explain to you. It's not that there isn't a g-spot, but rather, that there isn't a spot specifically where the g-spot is located. There IS a general area and tissue of female anatomy (which is why certain g-spot stimulation toys designed by women have a specific shape), and in fact, not ALL woman have one (though most do). The g-spot is contested for this simple fact. I wouldn't say it's a physical variable, but it's neither a constant 100%. It's like the different sensations a man feels in his penis and surrounding area of internal and external tissue (don't even get me started on anal play, hehe). There are no constants, but general similarities of the majority the normal healthy human. Which is why we all have different preferences.

Some of you have g spots who am I to disagree...  I was going by the medical research.

SailingBum, I read Bita's link and it appears physicians at least in that article feel there is one. My own experiences with women indicates there is one in about the area the article describes. However, I have also read the exact spot can vary slightly in different women. What medical research are you talking about? I have an open mind and would like to see the articles.

I'll email them to ya since it's way off topic.

Fuck the doctors' opinions, imho. The ""g-spot" do exist, maybe not for every woman, we are all different, thank goodness. I know, I've been there, got the t-shirt, thanks.

What I do wonder about , though, is "squirting". I know some women say they do, and some men say they have experienced it. Seems like just piss to me. Some men seem to be obsessed about this. I wonder if it is just a male fantasy for some guys, or even a subconsciuos, repressed  gay thing. Not my thing though. Just curious.

DesFIP -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 9:08:29 AM)

Not urine, different color, more clear, and sweeter. Although I don't squirt, I gush. Towels underneath are really helpful. Or on top of for sleeping afterwards. And men who assume it's urine and get freaked out, and then won't do anything that might stimulate the g-spot are a turn off. What would you feel if a women stopped right before you came because she got freaked out by the stuff coming out of you?

With that said. I want to file a complaint. I've never spaced for more than an hour or so. How do I get four days of this? And more, how do I talk him into this? And I don't space from pain, I space from sens dep; blindfold, gag, bondage, multiple orgasms, total control of my senses and sexuality. And yes it's spacing even though pain is a turn off to me.

KnightofMists -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 9:20:50 AM)

You will find that subspace has a variety of definitions from people.

In it's essence it's an effect on the person that is brought about by the activity of BDSM.  Included in subspace is also Topspace.  There is two aspects to the effect that people will feel.  One is the "physiological effect".  The sensations that people feel in BDSM can and does create chemical releases in the brain.   The brain chemical that people often refer to is Endorphins, but there is other chemicals that can and do get released into the body from play.  These bodily chemicals general only last within a person's body for 20-30 minutes and their affect on the body goes very quickly when the chemicals stop.  The second effect is "psychological effect"  Beside direct sensations on the body affecting chemical reactions in the body, how(what) we think can also release chemicals into our bodies.  The psychological effect can persist long after the physiological effect is no longer a factor.  It would not be unheard of that the psychological effect can persist for a few days.  Science is only beginning to learn the effects that mental processes have on our brain activity and the chemical releases as a result.

The more important question I believe "is this altered state a positive experience or a negative experience".  Understanding if the experience is rooted in physiological or psychological effect can help determine what a person needs to do in order to repeat a positive experience or avoid a negative one.

I believe that for me it is very much a positive experience. I dont think that I have ever had a negative one.

petpete -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 2:32:10 PM)

i will agree with the BadOne. There is no such bullshit as subspace.. Its all in your head. If someone wants to create a dreamland in there minds and think that they live in it they are free to do so. Its all in your head. Only reality exists. Illusions are for dreamers and wankers

BabyDollVanIsle -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 2:36:43 PM)

i experienced subspace for the first time within a few minutes of just being in the presence of my Dom when we first met... something about him just put me there.. it was just a very good feeling unlike anything i had experienced before, and very much affected my ability to speak and use language without impairing my ability to understand language.

it shifted my perceptions so much, i remembered being surprised that he kept asking me questions, as it seemed like such a pointless thing to do on his part, and so unnecessary

petpete -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 2:44:46 PM)

Baby i'm sorry to correct you but that is called "nervous" You where at a stage that was feeling nervous and excited and you got those feelings. They are perfectly normal and can appear in any kind of relationship. Its possible that your partner can experience the same too but due to the nature of his role may not show it. For you its perfectly normal to show that but for the D unfortunetly they need to restraint there emotions sometimes. Others plainly show ignorance to fight back the feeling of having to show there emotions.

petpete -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 2:55:10 PM)

Having said the above on the other hand its perfectly normal to let our imagination run wild and free at times, (as long as were aware of that..)

cjan -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:07:41 PM)

Hey pete, just because you've never been to space doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I've never been to Australia, but know people who have and they assure me it exists. I'm sure you would too ,and that's good enough for me. To deny something exists just because one has never experienced it is to prejudge our experience and unnessecarily limits us, imo.

colouredin -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:12:18 PM)

see G-spot and clitoral orgasms are totally differant in my experiance, and seeing as i learned to cum before i knew what a g-spot was im pretty sure its not all in my head

ummmmm are you her? did you meet him? why patronise her then?

Sub-space, ive experianced it once, i got to a stage where i literally felt high, and then cried for about 15 mins for no apparent reason, only once and yonks ago, but it was very very intense

petpete -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:21:24 PM)

Hey there captain cjan.. i once met this lovely Lady who i found myself having the need to serve Her. She happened to be much younger then myself and somehow in a very unfortunate time of Her life. Anyway cut the long story short i had to become of some assistance to Her that is purely not in my desire. i let Her know about it that i only complied out of compassion but also because She gave me the opportunity to feel the spirit of the season. i am a single person and for Her to give me the opportunity to feel that i was buying some presents for a child was a real pleasure to me. When W/we contacted each other online after the shopping trip She asked me if i was into "subspace" or not.. It really pissed me off that i did such a act for a sexual release activity and i lost my self control and i really let Her have it.. i regretted that later on due to the fact that i should've forgiven Her cause of Your young of Her age. W/we still are very good friends and since then She does view me in a different angle. She obviously did not know me well, but i am also happy to help Her with anything if She ever needs any of me.

petpete -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:30:14 PM)

Dear colourdin. i am not her neither Him. But humans have real feelings that everybody is aware of and "imaginative" once that our passions love to create. People can cry and get very scared (i am also one of them) watching horror movies or fantasy characters as super heroes. my home is filled with paraphanelia to make me feel good and different then the outside world. But my home is just a safe haven that makes me and gives me feelings that i can switch on. Once i'm out side its back to reality, i know there are no such things that hang of my walls i will find hanging of the street light poles. It can also be considered as a release of some kind.

KinkyDom888 -> RE: Subspace..... (3/9/2008 3:36:25 PM)

being a Dom i dont know a lot about subspace
but i certainly do know how to get a sub there :-)
but bloody hell - i can definetly assure all on here that Australia exists
because i live there!
