See... I do feel guilty because I can't help but want to adopt at least one infant. But I'm thinking about looking into open adoptions so that the birth mother gets to stay a part of the child's life. That's what I always figured I would do if a condom broke or my BC failed when I was too young.

adoption is very expensive or it can be and there can be tons of red tape, and not very many people get picked to be an adopter.

You can go to an attorney who specializes in adoption, they know how to cut through that tape and provide the sort of adoption you want (closed or open). Yes, it may cost you a lot financially, but think of the gains.

I'd be delighted if a sub was willing to trust me with so much! It would be an ultimate honor considering the value invloved! 2ndly, on a sensual side clearly the sexual response in a pregnant woman is ample and often unmatched considering all the attention to her sexual organ(s). But moreover the emotional attachment potentially because of her important and poignant condition could draw us both into a powerful state of postive inter-dependance... since the stakes are high, the rewards are powerful! -brandon

It's a messed up system but I think it's worth the effort. It's still really hard to get a healthy baby in the US unless you know the mother, even with a good attorney and money. I have several friends that have gone outside the country to adopt. It's more red tape but there are so many healthy parentless babies in other countries, it's definitely less time to wait.

When I get married,I plan on going the route of adoption or something along the lines if for whatever reason neither of us are able to have children. I've said it before, I'll say it again... even if this thread is complete BS, there is a decent chance that someone read it who did need the advice or that someone else will search for a thread like this. With issues like these, I'd rather try my best to help on the chance that, even if the OP is a fake, someone else who isn't might be helped.
