Heck no...I figure if you're brave enough and want something enough to go through the embarassment, pain, and everything else that probably comes with it, the least I can do is try to be nice and understand where you're coming from. 's the least I can do.

I always figured the best place to get a castration done would be in the genital area.......

What is meant by castration here though?

If youre planning on functional SRS (ie with a vagina) then you dont want to lose loads of material down there that will be needed later. It is possible to go just for orchidechtomy (removing the testicles) - but apparently you then have to do SRS (if you want it) within the year afterwards as the scrotal material will shrink and be unusable. There is also non-functional SRS available - a cosmetic procedure for which not so much material is required. Orchidechtomy is apparently a simple procedure which is carried out quite a bit at general hospitals for all sort of conditions - but its likely you'll need psych approval.

Alternatively you could try chemical castration; Androcur is very good, but also can be toxic to your liver so frequent blood testing is required. Still not recommended for long term use though. Be aware too that this is what is used to control prostrate cancer and less glamorously, used to control certain sex offenders.... Not sure of the situation all over, but Androcur is a prescription drug in the UK which a GP can provide, though might be best to see a specialist psych for approval beforehand.

Androcur - or what is presented as Androcur, is also available through these online pharmacies. Dont take risks with your health though? The idea is to move to a new life thats happy and healthy, not to die in the process.

This is a very good point.

We seem to get a fair few fantasists in here asking questions about this stuff from time to time. Often theyre immediately identifiable as such, and just as often I "give 'em the talk". Whilst I'm not sure about the OP, the enquiry seemed to lack those elements of the fantasist, so I decided not to "give the talk".

Its really, (I mean really) not a good idea to do this stuff if its not something you need to do. But then its really not that easy to do it at all without the psych approval - no surgeon in their right mind is going to open themselves up to the potential problems of operating without psych approval.

The only issue then remains whether its a genuine need and the person can convey this to get the psych approval - albeit that its regrettably, suicidally possible to get the psych approval if one is convincing enough, regardless of need, and there's plenty of coaching material available.

That crazy dude who headed that cult in California,where everyone took poison and waited for the spaceship,a guy named Applewhite?

He wanted to have himself castrated(I think for different reasons) and couldn`t find anyone in the states that would do it.I don`t think it`s legal either,in most states.

He eventually went to Mexico for a willing surgeon and had them "clipped".Just the potatoes,not the beef.

From what I remember,it didn`t go well and his recovery time was way longer that expected and apparently it was way more painful then he thought it would be,even on pain meds.

Think twice,fuck think a thousand times twice,before you do this thing.
