Definitely does not work for me. Aside from feeling pretty silly, I found it degrading and very empty. It actually made me feel very sorry for myself....as I felt like I had sunk to a new low. But, that's just me...and I recognize that ymmv. Like anything else, it's up to the people participating in it to see if it works for them. If it does? Have at it lol...

I was in a relationship that started long distance, and he used to want me to do stuff on cam. I wouldn't call it training though. I would be worried that the footage would later be published on a website somewhere. I've heard of that sort of thing happening in divorce cases. A naughty movie made in privacy is put on a website out of spite.
