Your weight and obesity records can be documented on your Drivers Liscense/I.D. It'll be swiped in a scaner as if you where wanting to buy alcohol or tobaco.

For everytime you renew your I.D. you have to be weighed and tested for obesity along with your vision test. That way, your I.D. will show that you're clinically obese. Restaurants who refuse to card people will suffer penalties.

Make sense?

Sadly, yes. But don't tell the gummint. They might take you up on it.

greetings fangsnfeet,

not really, unless they're changing the criteria for obesity. currently you just have to have a bmi (height/weight ratio) above 30, so all they'd need is something to measure your height and weight. but i think the obesity registration database, or the drivers license idea, would probably make things much more efficient ;)

Well we don't ban child molesters or rapists from the buffet.

Well, unless they are obese that is. Ick. What could be more worth ostracizing?

So why did this thread all of a sudden turn into chinese haters and making fun of obese people??? i guess most of the of people on this thread are discriminatory against bigger people, and know only chinese jokes. Hmm interesting. It's not just chinese people, but people of all race. And thank you OrionTheWolf, i have to agree with your opening statement," will you STFU about fat chinese now? i have nothing against bigger people, actually my Dom is a bigger guy and he's the most cuddly person i've met. Plus when we go to a buffet, he will only go up a couple times and that's it. i am not an overweight/obese person in anyway, but i still don't get why you all of a sudden refer only to chinese buffet lines and only chinese people. There are other types of buffets out there and other people.

Sensitive much? Jokes are just that, jokes. Look at profiles before you decide everyone in here is a skinny person making fun of a fat person.

Just trying to bring a little levity to this post  (no pun intended).

Ah, but would that truely make you "happy?" It wouldn't do for me. Nope.

At times I convince myself that I'm satisified and happy....espescially if the Happy Meal has a kick ass new toy (or if I locate a couple extra fries at the bottom of the container).

Be glad your system doesn't work like mine, then. I've learned if I have something from McD's bigger than happymeal size, I feel like crap the rest of the day. Not out of regret, but out of the yucky feeling that kind of food causes with all the grease and such.

What you describe is my KFC experience. However, I'm enough of a masochist to still indulge, from time to time.

It's too late to ignore it. You've already played right into the Bill's hands. Its purpose wasn't to do what it was written to do, but to get people to talk about the problem that it referenced. To that end, the Bill was successful, and you've not ignored it.

heh they want to see trouble??? LOL Seeks, I could just imagine the hoards of us fat chicks goin postal, if they tried to ban chocolate.... "I have a dream", lmaaaaao and people think terrorists are scary, lol Im gonna be thinking about that all day now:)

Quite honestly Smith, I dont think it has anything to do with wanting to make people aware of the issue, its making a mockery of your system, stupid people making stupid bills to prove a point. a waste of time, energy and money.
Just my thought..
happy sunday people
