Yeah, I just read it.  So she offers a post that can have several meanings depending on how you translate her babyspeak, then she translates it for us and she clearly states that she speaks this way because she can and if we don't understand her she's gonna run circles around us.

And then she contributes the OP where she is claiming that people are hindering her right to talk the way she wants.

I have a disconnect....

The only person I saw being remotely rude in that thread is the OP.  OP do whatever you want, as has been stated here many times, there are many that won't go to the trouble of translating or even read your baby talk, I am among them.  There are many here that are difficult to understand for reasons that are not intentional that I do take the time to attempt to decipher.  Someone intentionally making themselves less inteligible isn't really something I will waste much time with.

I have to say it, I went and read that thread it was very difficult to understand in both baby talk and adult talk modes.  There have been a few users that have pulled off the use of slang with typos well here, such as the likes of AzzMaster.  The OP's baby talk I find i more difficult to read compared to real baby talk.  Yes, I'm actually refering to young UM's.  I think I'd rather hang out and talk group of Gorean slave girls, at least I can understand third person tense.   The OP's baby talk I'm afriad I can't make out even with my Captain Crunch Decoder ring.  Would be nice to know and understand what the hell I am reading.

The OP:  "Apparently it does and the last thing I want is to cause offence. "

You come on here and whine about how you (and others) are misunderstood and mistreated by the "muggles", you say you don't want to cause offence, yet in your profile you use extremely offensive language.  Now go away and play somewhere else.

"It's the same thing," he said.

Having hung out on a few boards that ab's frequent-it would not be the first time I have had a bad reaction from saying "You need coaching from an actual baby-they are more understandable."

Must be so sweet that it's bitter...  it's like concentrated Smartie Candy Rolls that have been squeezed to death under a pallet of sour gummy bears in a hot ass warehouse down in Florida.

age players do use babytalk depending on their "age" in age play forums/chats.  I have an AB hubby, he will babytalk when in chats with friends but in normal chats or forums with non-age players, he speaks like a normal adult.  how hard is that?  it's not.  reading written babytalk is very difficult because there is no set spelling rules, what sounds/looks right to the poster may not be understood by the reader.  if you're willing to answer posters saying "huh?", go ahead and use babytalk.  do not be surprized when people stop reading altogether because they are tired of trying to figure out what you are saying.  the OP's attitude of "running rings around" the readers is arrogant and insulting.  not attractive qualities for someone looking to attract friends or possible playmates.  consider your postings carefully.  emails with other AB's can be in any form you agree to between you and them, but please be aware that the rest of us may not wish to play translator.

You can talk however you want, and so can everyone else here. So if your babytalk posts are impossible to decipher, just expect those of us who are discussing serious, adult themes to find them irritating as hell. Most of us will just ignore/block you so as not to be annoyed by it, but some people will choose to vent their frustrations.

I'm talking adult in this incase baby talk offends anyone. Apparently it does and the last thing I want is to cause offence. However, when talking adult like this I often don't feel like it is my real self. Sadly there are people in fetish cultures who act very vanilla in that they say "none of that in our street" .... "clear off, you're not welcome". I feel sure you are all aware of these attitudes and i had hoped not to find them in Collarme but only introducing myself in little speech seems to bring them out in others. Huh? And I repeat again, huh? Should this thread be deleted it will just tell me that like the muggles we are very quick to judge others, and very slow to allow freedom of speech or expression. We all have the right to be what we are so long as it is not offensive, abusive or critical of others or how they choose to live there lives. Please think on this.

You have a right, to be sure. And I have a right to tell you that in my opinion, if your intention when posting is to communicate with adults in the forums; the babytalk is useless.

I read your intro and I had to read it 4 times before I understood what you were maybe trying to say. I don't think I'm the only one who had the problem.

If you are just looking for a place to babytalk at people, that's fine, I'll be sure to ignore your posts.

i have read this whole thread and the OP's into.. i find baby talk very hard to read. i agree with many on this thread in saying that i dislike to hae to read baby talk and therefor will not. if the OP wishes to talk in baby talk on the forums she should be ready for any and all opinions and flames. i feel that her end note on her translation was not needed. but thats a different topic. i know my grammer and spelling arnt always up to snuff but i do try. spelling things wrong on purpose does not make sence to me unless ur trying to annoy someone or its a joke.

welcome to the forums none the less and i hope you find what ur looking for.

You have the right to talk in baby talk in these forums. Everyone else has right to comment on it as they wish. Freedom of speech is a two way street.

Not true

Fair enough. Let me amend:

She has the right to talk in baby talk in these forums. Everyone else has the right to comment on it in a manner that she will disapprove of but which is still within the confines of the TOS.
