Fuk water, Jeff has the right idea -- Talk WHISKY (note to LaTigresse: Why don't you substitute a bourbon barrel for a rain barrel. I'll be there Tomorrow!).
Jeff, isn't Black Bush good? I like it much more than the regular Bushmills or Jameson. My favorite Irish is still Powers. It is a bit harder to find in the USA, which is odd, because it is the biggest selling whiskey in Ireland. Any 1/2 way decent Irish bar around these parts will have it. It tastes (to me) like a seat near the fire in a pub on a cool rainy evening in Dublin. I may head over to "The James Joyce" this afternoon (its cold, rainy and bleak in Chicago) and have a few.
