Is "perv" interchangeable with "look at" now? Or is some nuance escaping me?

(I usually chain them down pretty good)

Maybe perv is on its way to the sort of grammatical adaptability which "fuck" and "shit" used to have a lock on.

(you should let me know when you quote me...I feel, oddly, honored and humiliated all at the same time...)
Very nice profile (except for the lack of pics.)
And the journal entries were truly funny.
I'm going to have to give you an A- (it would have been a solid A, or maybe even an A+ had there been hot pics. I'm just sayin'...)

Not sure, why.
But I am gonna look at all and any profiles as much as I want.
No matter, WHAT they call it.
 
I really never got the "perv" thing.
I guess we have different definitions of "perv" around here.
Perving, to ME, is a hell of a lot more than looking at a profile.

Hell, I look at the women's pictures more than the men, it is a great diversion.
It is like flipping through a D/s magazine.

Status: offline 		I have come to see "perve" as Collarme slang for "look at."

I’m a guy. I like looking at women. I like ‘em even more when they are scantily clad and I think there are fantastic when they are naked. Since I’m looking just for the fun of looking I don’t care if they are straight or lesbian, dominant or submissive – they’re women, that’s the important thing. If I’m going to perve a profile I do them the courtesy of letting them know by viewing the full profile. Nor do I mind if they let me know that they see me "peeking" by returning the look (not that there’s much to see – I purposely designed my profile to be boring).

With that in mind I’d like to say to GreedyTop that I absolutely love the nudie shot on all fours with the look of utter primal lust on your face (in fact I think I’ll go have another look right now) – Yowzer!

I’d would also like to say that I DO NOT whack off in front of the computer screen! I let myself get worked up first, then take it into the bedroom like a normal person.

That’s another reason for "perving" profiles – it’s like people watching, only with an interesting twist.

Oh, for the record, I do not perve guy’s profiles but I do occasionally look at them if I think they have said something interesting, profound or really stupid.

Yeah, "perv' is the new collarme colloquialism for "look at". The derivation is from a thread you probably missed in which we were talking about how the "president" of Pakistan always stares at your crotch when he's talking to you. So we called it "Musharrifing" for awhile and it just morphed into "Pervezing" and then to just "perv".
