It will have more effect on projected revenues than real ones, O59. They will still be collecting more than they were previously. CA has some interesting provisions on property taxes. I think this is a very rational decision, and it just might make the difference for some people on the edge. I'm all for chopping the fuck out of the welfare office anyway.

We all have our pet peeves, Thompson. Mine isn't so much that we have a safety net in this country (I like that, in fact) but with the entitlement mentality of those who turn the net into a hammock, and the fraud.

For every penny that comes out of your pocket for a poor person on welfare ten bux comes out for the rich.
