I've not done it quite that way, however, there is ALWAYS punishment for dropping any inserted plug or dildo.
I always tell them, if you drop that, it means it isn't big enough. *eg*
I usually get one of those wide eyed looks that says "oh shit, don't put a bigger one in." *chuckle*

AND, the above statement reminded me of one I have empolyed. And old fan stand. You can adjust it for height. Take off fan and replace with dildo attached to height adjustable pole with hose clamp. Restrain slave spread eagle, standing, with spreader bar. Hands over head just enough for slave to be on tippetoes but a little "give" in tippietoe status. Insert dildo on fan stand . I've actually done something like this before - or I should say, have had it done to me before. She used a dildo that was about 10 inches long and 3 inches wide and positioned me so I had about 8 inches of it in my ass. Just that alone hurt to keep it inside. But whenever I moved, my ass would slam down onto the remaining 2 inches - HARD. Now that hurt!! I had to try and keep this up for an hour, and that was one very long hour. Phoenix, have You ever considered a career in writing cheap furniture assembly manuals? You could do wonders for the ones that come packed in those flat cartons of pressboard office furniture at Staples or Target. Heck, you could even add sidebars about what to do when you get a finger pinched when inserting the 3/4" Self locking screw, "G" into the pre-punched hole in desk left pedestal assembly, "B".

Or maaybe you could hook up with a pre-assebled dungeon furniture maker

Yes, there seems to be an abundance of evilness among the ladies here. LOL

Sidebars to those instructions would be quite helpful, methinks! Ya know what they say though, if the pre-punched hole isn't big enough.....just gotta make it little bigger! *eg* Maybe I should investigate this as a new career path..hmmmmm

I do have a sub that I've been talking to about he and I making "easy to assemble" dungeon furniture that would be "vanilla" looking but convert into "lifestyle useful". I'll definitely be writing the instructions manuals for those!

If youre playing with two subs (lets say man and a woman) a good idea is to put clamps on her pussy, lots of them (depending also in her pain tolerance) and connect those clamps with a cord to another pair of clamps firmly attached to nipples of a kneeling sub in front of her :) Its very fun cause each time one of them moves will hurt the other one. Yo can also excite/hurt the subs while you watch the reaction: you dont work so hard so hurt them at the same time :P

If you want to be even more nasty put weight in the nipple clamps or try to join clamps connected to each other genital area :D this advices can be applied to both sex :D

surgical staples to the insides of the thighs and corest lace them together , how tight is up to you ..

If you dont happen to have a surgical staple fishing line and clothes pins work too .Run the line through the spring s , you can always watch them walk around a bit too .
