Have you ever heard of a Japanese pony? It was designed for women, but works quite well on men too. I'll try to explain what it is. A long 2x4 board that is fastened to a wall lengthwise. It has to be adjustable. (able to raise and lower it depending on the height of the sub. Sharpen the top of the board. Next, you place the sub standing over the board with his or her high heels on. Fasten the hands over the head, and use a spreader bar onb the ankles. Place the pointed end about an inch below the genitals. Now the sub is standing over the pony. Everything is fione until you remove the heels. Now the sub has to stand on tiptoes for as long as he or she can. When the calf muscles cramp, they will eventually have to take the pressure off by sitting on the board. After a short time that will hurt so much they go back on their toes. After about thirty minutes the won't be able to stand or sit without pain. Then your fun starts. I recommend a gag unless you like screaming and crying.
