Going to be making a mix CD this week, so let the DJ's program.

Status: offline 		Belly-dance music with heavy percussion works for me every time:  Sabla Tolo, Beat Bazaar, Shake Me Ya Gamal, and Magical Fingers all have a great beat with no vocals; all are available from Amazon in one form or another (download or CD).

Status: offline 		Lesiem, Magna Canta, Mysteria, Achillea, Amestystium, Blue Stone, Clanned, Loreena McKennitt, Deep Forest.

All of the above are great music for play.  The other suggestion is to listen to the sound tracks for the movies you have watched recently as many of them have music that is good for play.  I also like Native American Flute music and have some of those, but I got them in New Mexico when I was on vacation there, so the list of artists probably won't help you. However if you can find it, my favorite is a group called Burning Sky, CD called A Simple Man.

Status: offline 		All depends one if i have a say in the music , if not i  just go with in myself and make the  music playing  white noise and block it out .Many times at public spaces I do not have the luxury of spinning my own tunes .
It also depends if i am Topping or bottoming , or in subbie mode ,perhaps doing  corpral ,Or doing a whip session etc .I love to make the music  fit what it is i am doing at the time , Like when doing  rope work or mummifications , or suspension i would not play metal ,or a faster harder edge type music , something like the  soundtrack from 300 or vanhelsing  , or interview with a vampire  perhaps .Now if i am doing an intesive spank otk type exchange  AC/DC with some kashmir ,maybe some  older hair band  tunes .Music for me sets the tone and mood  or atleast helps  it along , so its all dependant of the activity i am seeking at that time .And with hunders of cd's to pick from i have made several  mixes like that . A cutting  mix ,depravation mix ,anamilistic  mix  etc . if you do not dig the tunes your hearing  you can always  use your own personal music system too, also great for a depravation trip ,ear phone and headsets  come in handy . ENJOY

Yep... that's just one of the Prodigy tracks on our ipods... Makes for interesting playback through the ErosTek 312 also...

Status: offline 		When Mistress took me to the Fetish Flea Market in Atlanta, there was a vendor called Butt Boy. They had some of their music to listen to and Mistress loved it as much as i did. Status: offline 		I mostly -detest- music...in all areas of my life, really.  The same is true for a scene.  I like being able to hear all the little noises.  Flesh on flesh, my own whimpering, and my Owner's voice most of all.

Status: offline 		Depeche Mode, Nick Cave, Orishas, Schostakowich, Arvo Pärt, the soundtrack of eyes wide shut, every soundtrack of a takeshi kitano or wong kar wei movie, Sisters of Mercy, Billy Talent, Led Zeppelin, Charlie Parker, Billy Holiday (but that could combined with emotional challenging situations be too strong), Blues, the american recordings by johnny cash

being a musican myself i could go on endlessly, every music i love is good, depends entirely on the situation and the mood i want to create
