I'm with those who mentioned Airplane (Otto Pilot smoking a cigarette after getting blown) and The Big Labowski ("The Dude abides.") I can't believe no one has mentioned Old Yeller ("Son, I'll trade you this pup for a woman cooked meal.")

Oh, yeah... if you're a Trekkie, there's also a movie called "Free Enterprise" that's pretty damn funny. (The only thing that's unrealistic about the story is that the two main protagonists are far too sucsessful to be real fanboys. They should be living in their parents basements, and think of women as alien life forms.)
