McMaster-Carr also sells tool dip. If you even THINK you can find it in an industrial garage or warehouse, McM-C has it!

For the quantity you would need to do a whole cage, buying enough Plasti-Dip would set you back a small fortune and applying it would be an immense pain. You would be better off looking into the do-it-yourself truck bedliners like Herculiner or Durabak.
