It's simply a problem of logistics. By the time we got snowplows put together, put on ships and over to China, then on to where they need them the snow would probably be melting. Ever hear the saying "A slow boat to China?" From Long Beach , Calif the biggest shipping port on the West coast you're probably talking 9,000 miles to Hong Kong or Shanghai. That's a three week trip for a cargo ship.
