I would do the allie thing, but I cant get over the fact that it takes 20 of them to beat a lvl 11.

Why do they do that?

Mezrem -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 9:04:07 AM)

Level 70 marksmen/surv hunter on Sandris as a main

gwendolyn -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 9:18:15 AM)

I've only just discovered the WoW addiction myself. I'm already realizing I'm going to be an altaholic. But for now, I'm focusing on my Blood Elf Hunter and my Gnomish Rogue. Go ahead, poke fun at me for playing a Gnome.. I expected it. lol

I have a 70 NE Druid on Skywall (PvE) and lots of other chars but I don't play much any more.

All the Chinese I know I learned in WoW from talking to farmers, and later guildies.

Ni hao!

What's the druid's name, Aubre?

mhawk -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 9:39:58 AM)

nothing wrong with playing a gnome,in fact i will frely admit that both my Mistress and i have alts as gnomes(although She despises the guns) lol

AngelicAgony -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 9:49:22 AM)

The problem with playing gnomes is the grass is taller than you and blocks your line of vision!

gwendolyn -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:12:26 AM)

Ever played a gnome rogue, though? She's one sneaky li'l bitch. As for guns. Meh. I prefer bows. Right now I'm trying to kill these stinking trolls. I've finally come to the conclusion that I need to sneak up on them and pick their pockets. lol I love rogue skills.

AngelicAgony -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:19:08 AM)

My gnome was a warlock, I've only been a gnome once.  I hated being short.

faerytattoodgirl -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:21:14 AM)

havent played this game in several weeks.  im finding it pointless todo so.
im stuck at lvl 24 because i cant kill any of the monsters.  they all heal themselves to fast just as you get them down.  plus the weapons/items they drop are far less then their actual level.  so how can you find something that you can use yourself when they dont do any damage for you because the items are too low level.

not to mention when your questing and theres 3 or 4 other people  doing the same quest...they kill all the monsters before you and because they wont party up you dont get the quest.  not only do u not get the quest but you dont get the experience so you have to sit around for like 10-15 mins waiting for the monsters to reload...only to find 3 new players there doing it again.

ive asked people here to help..nobodys on feathermoon server...so i have given up.  i figure now why bother paying $30 every two months anyway.  when this crap happens.  if your not part of a guild...forget playing it.

AngelicAgony -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:31:12 AM)

I usually buy most of my weapons and items through the auction house.  I pretty much stopped playing when my guild broke up.  I'm looking for a new server but not really having much luck.

Eiseria -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:32:41 AM)

I love my server.  It's  a LOW population.  As it was a transfer from a full server.   IMO You need a good guild to keep you going unless you like soloing.  Then every person for themselves.  AND on my server. The Economy is nuts as everyone has a level 70.  So all baby gear is outrageous.

AngelicAgony -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:36:10 AM)

Yes if you want to do instance runs, you need a guild definitely.  I hate pickup groups they drive me crazy.  My server is low population but it is alliance heavy.  I think the alliance to horde ratio is 3-1

Eiseria -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:41:51 AM)

Farstriders is where I reside.

mhawk -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:48:18 AM)

i have to say i am finding it a bit easier on Moonrunner these days. i find it hard at times to get new armor from the vendors so  most of the time i'll save up and go to auction houses and usually find luck there. haven't tried a rouge gnome yet but might. i love the pickpocket under stealth thing and i find for doing mass kills i just go to my icons and hit eviscirate, sprint, slice and dice, gouge all at once and if i have the chance to sneak up on 'em in stealth add on garrote.......so on an so forth. i joined Thrall's Infantry the other day.

but here's my question. in Burning Crusade, once you get past Ghostlands there is a portal in the south................anyone know where the hell that leads and what lvl one should be before going through it? lol

AngelicAgony -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:50:40 AM)

Ohhhhh don't go through there! That takes you to the plaguelands, its a level 50+ area.

KaylinSilverfurr -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 10:54:37 AM)

Level 70 feral druid and 43 Fury warrior on Steamwheedle, plus a 55 Blood Elf Rogue and 43 Blood Elf Hunter on Scarlet Crusade.
My Alliance toons belong to my own heavy RP guild on Steamwheedle, where as my Hordies belong to an eRP guild that does not belong to me.

I'll send you an collarmail.

SadisticMommy -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 11:00:21 AM)

Hmm, i hadn't really realized until now that there was such a large community of WoW BDSMers. I have a 70 human priest, a 64 gnome mage, a 70 human warlock, a 67 draenei priest, and a 61 tauren shammy between Stormscale (PvP) and Elune (PvE)

faerytattodgirl, what race/class are you playing and where are you hunting? A change of scenery might do you some good. Also , you can get some item upgrades by doing PVP.

Don't give up, believe me, I played EverQuest for a few years, and you could do next to nothing solo unless you were one of about four classes. WoW is a lot better now.

mhawk -> RE: World Of Warcraft (2/20/2008 11:30:03 AM)

AngelicAgony..............lol. no but seriously Thank You! when we came accross it last night my Mistress was asking "can we go in" and i admiately said "no" almost a gutteral no. i thought it might be something like what you mentioned just now,but i figure it's best to ask and be sure before making a deadly mistake.
