I guess we have slightly different perspective on the female orgasm. Not so much because I haven't experienced it directly, but because for me it can be a duty to make sure all conditions are there so my gf can orgasm, for you it's a duty to orgasm whatever the conditions are.
The technical proficiency doesn't do everything, as you said. Before that I make sure my partner is in the mood for love (which makes me think I should watch this movie). For example cooking for her, then massaging her apparently helps...

Actually French Pet I don't orgasim unless it's in missionary style because he actually has enough frichen to my clitoris that when I can I do.

none of which other positions produce, not doggie nor riding. So I'd becarefull about generaliztions about positions*grins*

Have you tried the Reverse missionary ? spoons ? the lazy position ? without penetration ? Riding backwards ? the wheelbarrow ? sitting up ? squatting ? standing ?...

I was not completely serious, but still what I said was about statistics. It doesn't mean the missionary position should be considered as something useless. It depends on the Woman.

For some strange reason: I come fast, easy, better with penetration. Missionary works on me.
It actually takes me longer to come from just clitoral stimulation. I'm weird...but it's OK
