Status: offline 		It really depends on how you define best.  I'm not a chocolate lover really and most prefer white "chocolate" and high fat content.  A company I worked for previously had headquarters in Belgium so we had chocolates from there constantly and it got pretty generic.  I've also lived in Ireland and traveled in Western Europe so sampled a lot of those types.  They all had different aspects to them that could be more or less appealing.

It's as bad as deciding where the best wine comes from :)
