Since coming to Canada i have discovered a new love.....and not just my Mistress......moose meat, it's so yummy. What other meats do people like?

squirrel is good, especially in a fricasse. Rabbit is good for making stews. I love fried frog legs. I am not real fond of Buffalo, it's tough. But I had good Buffalo fajitas once. Alligator is okay. I think the only times I have ever enjoyed lamb was in a gyro and a kebab. I am not fond of deer meat unless it's jerky or in chili. I love pork anyway it's prepared, but it's at it's best when it is a whole hog cooked in a pit all day long.

It would be easier for me to try and come up with a list of meats that I do not like. Oysters......not even sure that counts as a meat. Signed, The Carnivore Oh, and my steaks better ALWAYS be rare!
