It's banned in Chicago....It's delicious. If I were a goose I would want to be force fed. I think it's similar to a cute little subbie deepthroating the Domidong....I wonder if it's illegal in Chicago if I choose to eat subbies' liver?

They can't "legally" sell it...Some chefs will just simply bring it out as a "freebie" and try and skirt the law...It's a rather nice freebie. There have been some fines and other battles going on....So sad. http://travel2.nytimes.com/2006/04/27/us/27foiegras.html

Are we talking exotic? Bear. Fresh shot, skinned and grilled over an alder/oak fire. Amazing meat. And the rule of the North is once you've eaten bear, you may be asked to someday return the favor... Whale. Not all its cracked up to be (Japanese delicacy). Horse. I didn't like it. Tough, and gamy. Ostrich, emu...delicious, and healthy. Buffalo is fantastic. Grass-fed, lean and flavorful. Grass-fed beef. Snapping turtle is yummy...a touch of fish, gamy, chicken-y Did I miss anything? E.
