Alpaca stew is yummy 
Cuy (guinea pig) - not much meat but it's quite good... You just gotta make sure it doesnt have a tail... If there's a tail, it's a rat. 
Ceviche - spicy raw fish in a cream sauce... there has got to be a joke in there somewhere.

Korea
Dog soup is yummy as long as you get past the idea that it is a dog
Silk worm larvae - disgusting!

Pigeon - not too bad I spose...
