I do have the right via the training contract to dismiss someone if I feel there is no connection or if I feel we aren't going to be able to progress very far.
Sounds very formal, huh? Well, yes, cause I'm a very very busy woman and if someone can't go through all of this, a good test run, and learn some stuff, then I frankly don't have the time to give. I discovered over the years that this approach works best for me. Too many built up expectations and broken hearts doing it the more casual and perhaps more common way as though it was dating. Dating does not work for me.
But I'm weird like that.
