I like leaving the vaccum on actually. Creates a white noise to zone out too...

Hell yeah...I like that idea. I've always used ear plugs to lessen the pressure on my ear drums, though.

www.maxcita.com makes vacbeds that don't leak.. very pricy but they're supposed to work like a charm ;)
