It's small, 9' X 11'.  But the studs are 16" apart and the ceiling is 9' high, so there's potential for going vertical, LOL.

It needs to be able to convert to vanilla fairly easily (not like in an instant and with no labor, but "fairly" easily), though it wouldn't be that way most of the time.  There is a closet that could store implements and smaller toys.

What would you do with that limited space?

I'd also love ideas on how to decorate it (again, it needs to be able to convert fairly easily).

Murphy bed , portable massage table , some work out gear that can  double as bondage  furniture , look at any fitness store .Amazing what other uses a stationary bike can have .Some fixed points for suspension then a hammock or a couple  single  chair hammocks  could be swapped out , You could make  hidden panels can say have hanging floggers and other tools and implements on one side and a dart board on the other , A leather luv seat for some aftercare or to kick back and watch whatever on the  flat screen .Also an audio system for  music  during after or anytime .Portable X frame  could be folded away when not in use .add a mirror not only to make the space look  bigger but to be able to watch or be watched .some track lighting with dimmer. Also think about sound do you wish to have others not hear you or what is going on ? soundproofing is a great idea .

Thoughts on such a small space, but lucky you for having the space, many do not even have that. Anyways, I would be inclined if the walls were stone to fit the expanding stone anchors, similar to the 'Rawl' system, so when in dungeon mode the anchors could have ring bolts fitted to the anchors. When in 'civvy' mode, the  ring bolts can be unscrewed leaving the anchors in the wall.Cold walls and warm naked flesh, what a nice contrast.

I LOVE butterfly seats.    Arms spread on a cross and legs spread in a V.  Fully strapped in and fully exposed.

i agree with azropedntied.....my Daddy has a heavy bag stand that works very well and makes you have to stand on tip toe....so it's pretty nice and looks totally vanilla.

Hooks, Hooks and Hooks--did I mention hooks?  The 'nilla eye won't notice them, but if you're paranoid put plants on the ceiling hooks and pictures on the wall hooks.

Put in a suspended ceiling at 8 feet, then up in the ceiling you can mount hooks or even an electric winch for suspension.

A good St. Andrew's Cross can be set up and taken down in a few minutes and stored under a bed

One really great way to "wallpaper" the room, btw, is to get black garden weed guard (it's like a cloth) and then paste it up with a mixture of cornstarch and water.  Makes the room black, makes it feel softer than black paint, and when you want to take it down ultimately (to sell the place for example) it all washes up easy with water.

Can anyone find any of the old electric chairs they use to use for executions?? Wouldn't that be lovely to have around (close to a plug)

azropedntied, thanks for the fabulous ideas.  I hadn't even thought of a Murphy bed, and it could be done in way that easily suits the era of the house.  Thanks!

I wish I had stone walls.  They are all lath and plaster, which makes them a pain in the neck in someways and very forgiving in others.  I like the cold walls/naked flesh idea ... a lot.

In shape, is it like a swing chair?  I Googled it and came up with a lot of bicycle seats.  Do you have a link to one?

I'm all into the green critters, so it would be easy to mask the hooks.  Thanks!

The suspended ceiling sounds like more work than I'm into right now, but I like the Cross idea.  I love the wallpaper idea!  That's the kind of thing they use in photography studios (except the cornstarch concoction no doubt comes off a lot easier).  Thanks.

Like a little girl room ... maybe a canopy bed?

Sounds sweet actually, but we're after something a bit darker.

cherry > i hope to have a work out studio expansion soon the smith machines and larger racks shall be used in more ways than one.I too have used the heavy bag stand and welded gussets for strength and support .I also added weights for counter ballance ,nothing worse than toppled over  subjects ,weeble wobble sure but no smaking the ground when bound oopies .
Tracy > My pleasure , you mentioned that you would like the stone look , why not paint on a stone finish ,adding some air brushed  touches  and the use of a spounge will help .and just have fun with it i have gotten inspiration from TV shows like the adams family and the Munsters .

You can get stone panels, of the type found framing tract-house fireplaces, but they usually look cheezy.
