You could also set up a leather or vynil-topped "table", and underneath it would be a cage.  I saw one at some BDSM furniture shop a while back (it was pricey, but fine quality).  With a little woodworking skill and some finish work, you could probably make one of your own for an affordable price, and it has the benefit of serving multiple functions in a confined space.

I think that's what you need to work on - things with multiple purposes.  If you can achive 7 or 8 activities in only 2 or 3 pieces of furniture, you'll have a fully functional dungeon.  Think a BDSM version of bowflex :)

This is timely as I have a playroom.. I don't call it a dungeon as its a room... and I've used it a lot, but over the last 6 months its become the catch-all room, the occasional guest room and whatever... so this weekend, when I can't leave the house, the boi and I are going to get it back together...

I have..

1 portable sling from Fort Troff (I recommend this for MANY things including suspension)  the frame is sturdy and the whole thing is versatile and you can have someone pack it up (I dont' touch it) and carry it wherever you are going to play.  We took it recently on a road trip to Florida.. goes up and down in a snap..

1 OB/GYN table.. that has been fitted with big heavy eye bolts all around, aside from obvious uses, its great for storage

1 kind of hand made.. beautifully finished thing.. hard to describe.. but its great to bend someone over it.. its heavy and very beautiful (it belongs to an ex so I'm actually looking forward to getting rid of it)

I have a couple of religious chairs.. one large mission chair with a kneeler.. and a large priests chair, too big for one person but not quite enough for two.. with a hidden compartment.. I keep CBT stuff there... its also got eye bolts.. hidden...

I have lots of stuff mounted on the walls to hold toys.. and also things to chain folks to... my best friend is finally making my curtains...
---------------------

now something helpful.. you can fake the stone walls with good faux finishing.. or faux texture painting.. I'm sure if you check DIY sites, or your local hardware store, they can help you...

I'm going to paint one wall.. though I haven't decided how yet...

good luck.. and pictures please when you're done!

Tension bars that you hang shower curtains on make good portable devices to put between door frames or walls.  Hang a pair of cuffs on them and your in buisness and can be taken down in seconds.  They also make good spreader bars, just put a couple  hooks on the ends for the restraints then adjust them to whatever size you desire.

If space is limited, definitely a St. Andrew's Cross.  It takes up absolutely no space at all, bolting as it does directly to a wall!

Faced with a similar situation, I'm considering building an elevated loft. Basically, a sheet of plywood supported by 2x4s, stained to match the decor. The plywood top would be a foot or so from the ceiling, and used for storage, including stuff you don't want vanilla guests to know about. I would drill some holes, and epoxy in nuts, so that eyes could be screwed in various places, and a few extra pieces could easily be fashioned to make very secure benches, a horse, pillory, or what-have you. The extra stuff would all fit on top when not in use... the perfect crime.
