I understand exactly what you mean and I did give up complete power -once. It almost cost me my life (read: "Have you ever taken things too far?" on the ask a master forum). Needless to say, I have a different attitude towards limits these days. Always have some limits!!

well i am a collared slave so my limits are what he chooses them to be . He would never harm His property so i know i am safe with him.

Well just use my story as a bit of caution. Trust can sometimes be misplaced. Ultimately you are responsible for your own safety and your life. What if He can't control himself?

Is there a dom equivalent to sub frenzy?

My limits always stay the same.

My Dom knows what he can push with those limits and what he can't.

If and when I meet a new Dom, I would hope that he would respect my limits as they wouldn't be there if there wasn't a good reason.

i have done this many times since i was first brought into the Lifestyle at the age of 16. It started with forced femme and the wearing of female clothing (lingerie, heels, hosiery, etc. It progressed to becoming bisexual and eventually to forced anal/rape scenes. i have given up many of my "soft" limits over the course of the years in service and even a few things i felt were hard limits. One needs to grow and expand by letting go of those things one fears or does not understand.

Yes i still have hard limits that truly are hard limits, such as children/teens, animals, scat, cutting and fire.
