You did ask that you be called that, should the respondent decide it was appropriate.
As to the general membership being helpful... what would you have us say? It could be any of those things you listed or not one of them. It could be something entirely different. It could be medication related. It could be stress related.
The point is, none of us here are qualified to make any sort of diagnosis, no matter how unofficial or "helpful" based upon your initial post. You are simply setting yourself up to be cannon fodder, especially considering your query appears in this, the "Random Stupidity" land of imagination.
You want helpful, try this... go see a doctor. Go to a clinic. At the very least, go visit WebMD or some similar site where you can enter your symptoms into a nicely presented database and determine your own situation. That's the best we, in this supposedly BDSM related group of discussions can do for you.
Unless you like being cannon fodder.
Or enjoy being called what you asked to be called.
